Role Responsibilities
This position will assume the functions of the second level of 24x7 support and monitoring for PALO ALTO products.

She/He will supervise the proper provision of the monitoring service, supporting and guiding the first level when necessary.

She/He will perform second level support tasks giving advanced follow-up to advanced follow-up of support incidents. Assume the previous evaluation and implementation of remote management requests.

Generate and/or validate periodic or ad hoc reports to customers.


this position will be available 24x7 by phone for the clients with remote management (rotating shifts of one week) that have contracted it.


For his/her visibility to the customer she/he will also have to take a pre-sales and he/she will also adopt a pre-sales position and generate business opportunities in the form of new services or products.

She/He will attend specific training on the monitored products, supported and/or managed products.


Minimum Requirements
-
2 years of related experience in technical support
:


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge and proven experience in networking, TCP/IP, as well as operating systems Linux/UNIX and security.
-
Configuration of Firewalls, Routers, Switches, SIEMs. specially Palo Alto products
:


  • Experience programming and managing Access Control Systems.

Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC)
:


  • Knowledge and experience in common tools for troubleshooting, both standard and provided by the different manufacturers, as well as the methodologies used in solving problems.
  • Experience working with PALO ALTO platforms (CORTEX, STRATA).

Fluent English and French.
