    Descripción y detalle de las actividades

    Responsible for supervising warehouse department and staff.
    •Assist other employees in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary.
    •Reviews workload and assigns tasks to employees.
    •Trains and evaluates employee performance; recommends or initiates promotions, transfers or disciplinary actions.
    •Ensure optimal utilization of all warehouse resources, including but not limited to, space, equipment and people.
    •Oversees process to ensure inventory and orders are completed accurately.
    •Measures work performance; compares results to objectives; takes corrective actions.
    •Maintains and prepares various records and reports.
    •Enforces company policies and safety procedures.
    •Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are job requirements 5 KEY POINTS:
    •Willing to be hands-on and perform / demonstrate that duties that will be expected of their employee(s).
    •Four years of experience in warehouse operations, including two years supervisory experience preferred.
    •Ability to effectively operate sitdown forklift, cherry picker forklift.
    •Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory principles
    •Principles and practices of effective leadership skills.
