Job Description:

Develop a schedule for the purchase of materials with the local and import markets, which meets production needs and delivery time.
Periodically analyze the items in the inventory, to identify obsolete and slow-moving materials, providing their disposal.
Tracking shipments of components and materials from suppliers until they enter the plant.
Place purchase orders to Inter company suppliers.
Ensure inventory levels in accordance with the Policy.
Guarantee the timely delivery of the manufactured products.
Keep KANBAN boards updated.
Coordinate weekly cyclical inventories with Production and Warehouse supervisors to guarantee accurate information in the system.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of material planning, advanced Excel, inventory control, supplier analysis, MRP system management, forecasting, problem solving, high level of proactivity, teamwork.

Advanced English, able to communicate orally and in writing with people from other countries to negotiate deliveries, shipments and generate agreements.
