Digital Promoter Officer (DPO)

You will be part of the Factory of the Future team within Digital Manufacturing Platform (DMP) tasked to transform and the ZF footprint with digital solutions, skills and knowledge to strengthen Lean Manufacturing for competitive advantage.

By bridging digital and physical information into a digital platform, you will work with the process of implementation and assimilation of the use of data for decision-making, resulting in efficiency in production processes.

Day-to-day work will be to

Collaborate with a crossfunctional teams to identify projects related digital projects.
Drive standardization and the way of working using Lean-Digital tools.
Development of customized dashboards for different operational areas as well as their deployment in different plants.
Lead, coordinate and participate in the identification of requirements that can be covered through digitization projects.
Architect, design and develop digital solutions for different manufacturing areas.

We expect you to have

Strong skills to develop digital dashboards using MS 365 (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) and data bases (SQL, MySQL, QAD, etc.).
Have proficiency in creating integration between the Power Platform services such as embedding Power BI Reports within PowerApps solutions, triggering Power Automate flows from Power Apps solutions or Power BI dashboards, and embedding Power Apps visuals within Power BI reports.
Knowledge about manufacturing processes and production systems.
Experience of working in the development and implementation digital solutions using IIoT, Computer Vision, Augmented Reality, etc.
Experience working with Siemens, Allen Bradley PLC and different industrial protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, etc.).
Project management skills to assess task effort, manage priorities, and report status (advantageous if in international environment).
Fluent in English both verbal and in writing.
