Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement.As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead plant maintenance programDirectly supervise production operatorsDrive productivity improvementsEnforce compliance Drive culture of continuous improvementEmployee Development Resource management in dynamic environmentTalent managementReview quality output and coach team improvementsCollaborate with customers and cross functional teamsYOU MUST HAVEAdvanced English language skills.
Experience in interpreting blueprints and geometric tolerances.Experience with machine programming, particularly with FANUC and Siemens controls.
Strong leadership, personnel management, and conflict resolution skills (managing 15-25 direct reports).2-3 years of experience as a production supervisor in metalworking processes and warehouse automation.
Proficiency in welding, both operationally and in supervision.WE VALUE Proficiency in machining and turning centers.
Experience with routers and general manufacturing processes.
Participation as a mentor to junior supervisors.
