We are looking for the best IT Support agents to join a growing team in the telecommunications industry.

Some of the essential duties include:

  • Review order package, all required documentation and applicable information to confirm service is available for implementation.
  • Attend call(s) with the customer as coordinated by the Project Manager for information gathering and/or validation.
  • Communicate effectively with the customer and/or vendor to understand their setup and business needs.

Requirements:


  • Experience in information technology, managed services, telecommunications or other relevant activities.
  • Preferred knowledge: Office 365, IT security tools, Managed Services process platforms.
  • Experience with supporting currently Microsoft Supported Server and Desktop operating systems.
  • Experience with monitoring of ticketing system, prioritizing problems, supporting projects, and supporting enterprise level infrastructure (installing, patching/maintaining, troubleshooting, etc.).
  • English language proficiency (professional level).
