- Apoyar al coordinador de Facilities con la programación de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones y equipos de la empresa.
- Realizar seguimiento de los contratos con proveedores de servicios, asegurando que se cumplan los términos acordados, así como la renovación en tiempo.
- Apoyar a las diferentes unidades de negocio con los proyectos de uso de áreas comunes del edificio en conjunto con el coordinador de Facilities.
- Crear Solicitud de cotizaciones, requisiciones, registro, entrega, receipts.
- Elaborar y dar seguimiento de aprobaciones de solicitud de adquisición.
- Validar facturas de ordenes entregadas. (Esker)
- Conciliar gastos del área contra presupuesto.
- Generar reporte del presupuesto con ahorros y gastos mensuales.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de plan de mantenimiento y recopilación de reportes por proveedor.
- Llevar el control administrativo de proveedores, servicios y pagos en tiempo.
- Asegurar pagos recurrentes, aprobaciones, solicitud de pagos con área de finanzas y archivo de comprobantes de pago.
- Controlar, en conjunto con el coordinador de Facilities, las bodegas y activos fijos del área.
- Gestionar la documentación respaldo de pagos y servicios ofrecidos para la empresa en conjunto con el coordinador de Facilities.
- Realizar reportes de sustentabilidad, gasto de servicios (VelocityEHS)
- Apoyar en la elaboración de guías del servicio de paquetería.
- Facilitar información de pagos de servicios a las diferentes unidades de negocio.
- Análisis de bases de datos de mantenimiento del parque vehicular, dispersión de vales de gasolina y base total de vehículos utilitarios. Experiencia requerida: Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de base de datos, trabajo con proveedores, en área de servicio al cliente y de servicios generales, así como uso de ERP. Nivel Académico: Licenciatura en administración, arquitectura, ingeniería civil o ingeniería industrial. Inglés intermedio.
