Analyst, Workforce & HR Administration - México:

Reporting organisationally to the Workforce & Recruiting Manager, the Workforce & HR Administration Analyst will be a key member of the FIFA26 Workforce & Recruitment team, in close collaboration with the Human Resources, Administration team, and other key individuals


THE POSITION:


These are your key tasks:


  • Supporting Recruiting & HR in managing the administrative life cycle of employees with their assigned divisions
  • Closure of recruitment process and employee enrolment in internal platforms.
  • Administrative support in recruitment processes such as interview coordination
  • Managing and improving the onboarding process and enhancement.
  • Preparation, management, and control of HR documents like employee contracts, records and new hire guides
  • Enrolment, contact, management, communication, followup, and enhancement of benefits beyond legal requirements.
  • Drafting and issuing interim and final work certificates
  • Participating in HR projects (e.g. engagement activities and recruitment)

  • The specific competencies we require for this position are:
  • Bacherlor's Degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or relevant field
  • Fluent in English and Spanish languages
  • At least one year of experience in HR administration
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or a relevant role Proficient in MS Office and planning software and online collaboration tools
