Become part of our team.Job DescriptionWork with plant operations, quality, continuous improvement and product development teams relative to deviations, production problems, new product introductions, and advanced quality planning activities.
Liaison between Product Development and plant Operations and manufacturing engineeringSupport Operations and product development in coordination of DV/PV and internal-process-tests trials.
Coordinate local activities for processing approve of alternate vendors or materials.Review Make vs. Buy opportunities and Support local teams in quotation development for aftermarket and OEM applications.
Initiate and process technical changes related to products in current production.
Redesign product as required to enhance processability, improve product performance, or reduce cost without sacrificing product integrity. Apply drafting and designing standard principles in creation and revision of CAD drawings relative to local engineering changes.
Coordinate sample build and development testing requests.
Comply with M+H IATF16949 Management System and established safety and environmental rules and regulations.
Your ProfileEducation Mechanical Engineering or equivalent requiredExperience 1-3 years minimum experience as a product engineer. Experienced with automotive supplier, OEM, or filter manufacturer preferred.
Advanced English Level,mandatory.
