Position:
Medical History Specialist


Job overview:
Our office in Monterrey provides remote service to several Medical Offices in the United States.

We're looking for professionals in health-related areas to perform the role of Medical Health Specialist, which provides remote medical, administrative and documentation assistance for pediatric patients, in the state of Florida.


Responsibilities:


  • Request, review and update electronic medical records (ER visitshospitalization, immunization records)
  • Complete medical forms: prescriptions, referrals, medical equipment requests
  • Schedule medical appointments
  • Notify patients about lab results and/or imaging studies

Skills, abilities and knowledge:


  • Education: General Medicine degree
  • Medical terminology knowledge required
  • Good judgement, organizational ability, attention to detail and the ability to be selfmotivated.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a highstress and fastmoving environment.
  • Excellent computer and phone skills.
  • Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
