    Job Description

    • Lead and direct project teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    • Develop and implement strategic project plans.
    • Manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
    • Oversee risk management and project reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
    • Liaise with other department heads to ensure alignment of project goals.
    • Manage resource allocation and budgeting for all project-related activities.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Project Director should have:

    • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Relevant project management qualifications eg Prince 2
    • Proven experience in leading large-scale projects.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • A high level of proficiency in project management software and tools.
