About the role
Our Global TA Innovation team is responsible for TA technology strategy, full project management of enhancements & integrations, developing robust roadmaps, delivering compliance & also full employer branding & technology vendor management within the innovation space
Key Responsibilities:
Technology and Innovation
- Support the Carrier Talent Acquisition Innovation portfolio with focus on Workday Recruiting, vendor engagement, stakeholder management & working closely with our RPO teams.
- Delivering on project management including gathering business requirements, scoping timelines, ensuring compliance, testing, change management / training & hypercare
- Manage total testing, validation, and implementation for business integration approval and ensure all compliance matters around TA Technology, Enhancements, or Changes/Updates are deployed effectively.
- Manage technical support issue escalation, downtime monitoring, and resolution paths for operational recruiting teams and RPO's in partnership with COE streams, vendors, and global partners.
Project and Change Management
- Serve as PMO coordinator / lead on global recruiting projects, initiatives, and transformations
TA Vendor and Partnership Administration
- Execute the contract process in partnership with legal, procurement, and privacy while ensuring that advisory services to the operational recruiting team include advisory on vendor management rules and engagement. Manage regulatory review and presentations for work councils, IT622, PIA's, and data privacy.
- Create training documentation, videos & execute training sessions for enhancements, integrations & technology projects to ensure successful change management is delivered globally
- Identifies potential risks and owns delivery of mitigating/ resolving actions for process or compliance issues.
Requirements:
- University Degree completed.
- 5+ Years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources at a large global corporation; extensive experience in a talent acquisition or talent management specialty function a plus OR HR Consulting experience with focus on Talent Acquisition specialty and Strategic Innovation/Technology.
- Project related experience, ideally with a focus on technology and/or program implementations.
- Highly motivated selfstarter comfortable leading, influencing and innovating.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the company and externally with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability & involvement in HR / TA projects
- English Advanced
