- Revisar, verificar y procesar documentación de acuerdo a los proyectos.
- Evaluar y procesar los informes de gastos de empleados y ejecutivos.
- Mantener registros de proveedores precisos y completos.
- Recopilar datos e información necesaria de los distintos departamentos de una empresa e incluirlos en la base de datos.
- Análisis, registros, formularios de la empresa.
- Reunir datos estadísticos, cifras y transacciones de introducirlas en el sistema informático.
- Actualizar, importar y exportar información entre los diferentes sistemas informáticos.
- Mantener en resguardo los datos de forma organizada y reservada.
- Evaluar la integridad de la información.
- Encontrar y corregir errores en el registro de información o reportarlos a un supervisor.
- Escolaridad carrera tecnica Y/O Licenciatura trunca o titulada.
- Experiencia Mínima De 3 Años En Adelante.
- Capacidad de mantener la confidencialidad con respecto en los proyectos.
- Excelentes habilidades en excel.
- Capacidad de análisis de información.
- Habilidad pata recolectar datos informáticos.Leer datos de forma rápida.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Ser capaz de trabajar sin un supervisor encargado.
