Sales Operations Analyst

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

The Sales Operations Analyst develops, implements, and utilizes processes and tools to enable the renewal sales lifecycle that will drive revenue opportunity, pipeline management and related reporting.


How you'll make your mark:


  • Functions as the primary liaison between renewal sales and our operations data team to help resolve data/entitlement issues that are impacting renewal sales.
  • Builds data reports for the renewal sales team in advance to help them initiate a renewal sales engagement
  • Leads escalation issues that are datarelated and drive them to closure for the renewal sales team
  • Communicates data and issue analysis to stakeholders
  • Provides tangible feedback and proposes changes to sales processes and policies to improve efficiency and minimize the risk of failures.
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to lessexperienced staff members

About you:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • 4 years of Sales experience; designing/implementing policies, processes, and tools to provide operations support for sales activities and customer interaction
  • Strong analytical, statistics and problemsolving skills
  • Use forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and
  • Communicate sales operations plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels
  • Mastery of English and the local language.
  • Excel and salesforce knowledge
