- Apoyo a la conformación de todas aquellas comisiones que por ley hay que cumplir.
- Seguimiento a buzón de sugerencias.
- Aplicación y análisis de la entrevista de ajuste y, en caso de baja, entrevista de salida.
- Actualización de expedientes de Rh, cuando así se requiera.
- Seguimiento a capacitación de todo el personal.
- Supervisión y orientación al personal.
