Job Description
We are looking for a Chargeback Associate who will:
Execute and manage the registration of national chargebacks in DDR.
Execute and manage the registration of international chargebacks in MasterCom.
Execute and manage the registration of clarifications for withdrawals at ATMs.
Resolve and manage disputes initiated through the ticket manager.
Control and administration of the controversy database.
Define and resolve clarifications for unrecognized charges under the appropriate chargeback reason code.
