- Collaborate with E&I network leaders to align strategies with company objective, share and reapply them to regional teams.
- Track and analyze E&I network status, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Assist in organizing regional and global E&I events, managing logistics, translations, and regionalization plans.
- Develop and maintain an activity system to streamline efforts across regions, utilizing common resources.
- Manage calendars and communications for E&I initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
- Support the consolidation and updating of communication content, including potential relaunches of campaigns.

Equality & Inclusion - HR Intern
Start date: As soon as possible.
Work schedule: Part-time with flexible working hours.
Duration: 12-18 months.
Location : Interlomas General Offices.
Profile: Active college student of any business, humanities or engineering major.
Qualifications: Graduation date from June 2025 to December 2025.
