The purpose of Customer Service position is Coordinate the administrative operations of the department to meet the needs of OEM customers, delivering in a timely manner, oversee the correct attention to customers, services involved in export logistics, ensuring that approved rates and correct concepts are used in all operations, comply with the responsibilities emanating from the Continuous Improvement processes, Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

Follow up on customer requirements
Coordination and follow up with programmers to ensure that the desired production is done on time.
Maintain client platforms up to date.
Direct communication with customers.

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree in international trade, business administration, international relations, industrial engineering, or a career related to the position.
Intermediate English level
Knowledge in ERP ́s (Oracle), ISO 45001 e ISO 9001, IATF 16949.

Saving Incentive: 13% of the base salary paid in monthly basis.
