JOB PURPOSE: Conduct manufacturing engineering activities to support the assembly of various products according to established processes, including tool setup, process calibration, execution, design, modular table PD manufacturing, and ensuring process reliability to support production operation KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Takt Time cycle studies for manufacturing line balancing.
• Process flow diagram designs
• Experience in PD manufacturing
• Operate basic production equipment and tools in the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of various products.
• Follow drawings, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics to ensure product and customer specification compliance and tolerance levels are met.
• Assist in manufacturing team efforts to modify existing equipment or design new equipment for continuous manufacturing process improvement, quality control, and production testing throughout the process.

Basic Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Industrial Engineering or related field.
• English Level: Basic (proficiency in higher-level English will be prioritized)
• Experience in AutoCAD (layout design) and NPI process

Preferred Requirements:

• 6 Sigma Green Belt
• Lean Manufacturing tools
• SPC Knowledge
• Experience in Compact Utility Loaders (CULs) and heavy fabs is a bonus
