JOB PURPOSE: Perform manufacturing engineering activities to assist in the production and assembly of various products according to established processes in the facilities, including tool setup, process calibration, process execution, design layout, manufacturing of PD on modular tables, responsible for process reliability to support production operation KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Time cycle studies for manufacturing line balancing
• Process design diagram flows
• Experience in PD manufacturing
• Operate basic production equipment and tools in manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of various products
• Follow drawings, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics to ensure product and customer specification and tolerance levels are met
• Assist as part of the manufacturing team to modify existing equipment or design new equipment for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process, as well as quality control and production testing during the process

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Industrial Engineering or related field
• English Level: Basic (higher English level will be considered first)
• AutoCAD experience (layout design) and NPI process

Desired Requirements:

• 6 Sigma Green Belt
• Lean Manufacturing tools
• SPC knowledge
• Experience with CULs (Compact Utility Loaders) heavy fabs is a plus
