The Administrative Assistant activities are the following:

  • Account setup for new tenant or owner set up in system
  • Account maintenance to make sure everything is working properly and accordingly
  • Process homeowner tickets into the system.
  • Follow up on open cases.
  • Data entry within CRM.

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 CST MEX

Requirements:


  • 2 years of experience in a administrate role handling tickets.
  • High school diploma
  • Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
  • One year of experience working from home.
  • Feel comfortable working with multiple platforms/software.
