Cost analysis plays an important role in businesses looking to improve overall company profitability and helps executives make critical business decisions.
Our mutualized environment with a strong connection to our customers, allows the North American Cost Competency Center to lead the product cost knowledge management, experience and analytics that consistently supports and meets our stakeholders' business needs.
Job Description This position will be responsible for providing costing support to various locations, analyzing product cost drivers, and providing decision support by compiling, evaluating and reporting product cost variance analyses for GSC locations.
Key Stakeholders:
Global Supply Chain Controlling, Purchasing, & Operations Commercial Marketing (CCO, Business P&L, Customer Profit)
CFO North America Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
Develop and maintain accurate std cost for our products, in line with corporate std definitions and practices Complete understanding of standard costs vs actual costs Leads efforts to develop and implement more timely and efficient processes thru standardization in order to improve efficiency of the NACC team.
Perform trends analysis to ensure accurate COGS information for the organization Support our reporting product cost variance analyses for our GSC locations.
Assert tactical expertise in all matters related to product costs (both Standard and Actual) Leverage mutualization, analytical skills and internal continuous improvement to deliver exceptional value to the organization.
Analyzes, interprets, and report findings to appropriate customers Secondary AOC Support for Plant Controllers Communicates and provides guidance to stakeholders regarding relevant costing policies.
Drive collaboration, increase communication & engagement with stakeholders at all levels, such as Plant Controllers, Plant Managers VP & SVP.
Contribute and Support Business Transformation initiatives (Bridge / SAP Integration) Qualifications Qualifications - External We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business English proficiency is mandatory 3+ Years of Cost Experience Ability to analysis complex data and provide business recommendations.
