Elaborates, Negotiates and Manages the Objectives and Budgets of his Department, as well as the Strategies and Action Plans to meet those objectives.

Create, Validate and Authorize Procedures (MP) of the Maintenance Function.

Prepare Preventive Maintenance Plans and execute corrective maintenance.
Supervises the Manufacture or Modification of Machinery and Equipment to process new products or to facilitate the production of current products.
Formulates the Machinery and Equipment Requisitions and directs the reception and inspection of all those purchases.
Analyzes the operations of the department and recommends changes to the Administration.
He can Supervise the Maintenance of Continuous Services, such as: electricity, water, gas, etc
He can Supervise the air conditioning service.
He can Supervise the Maintenance of Buildings, Parking lots and Gardens of the Business.
Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating, Developing, and acting as a Facilitator of its Staff maintaining an interdepartmental harmony. Responsible for Managing the Performance of your Staff.

English - 80%

More than 5 Years in Industrial Maintenance Processes.
Experience planning preventive and corrective maintenance.
Broad experience in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic circuitries.
Broad knowledge in preparing estimations and purchases.
Personnel management and coordination experience.
Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
Broad knowledge of ISO 13485 protocol
