Primary Responsibilities include the following:

  • Use acceptable claims investigation and settlement techniques that have timely and costeffective closing results by obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documentation, policy conditions, and other records. May require additional contact with other parties (ie employer, claimants, third parties such as vendors, auto repair centers, etc.), as deemed necessary.
  • Use a journal system to proactively resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely claim processing and closure.
  • Provide timely service throughout the life of the claim process by complying with all service level agreements, initiating timely contact with all appropriate parties, and responding to incoming inquiries in accordance with policy and procedures of the company.
  • Accurately maintain system data and documentation by collecting, recording, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Determine and timely establish appropriate reserves within your level of authority.
  • Identify recovery opportunities and potential for fraud, and make appropriate referrals.
  • Provide mentoring to less experienced adjusters.
  • You may be required to take on more complex claims as needed.
What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree


  • Bilingual

  • Basic or intermediate level of English, spoken, heard and written.
  • Experience in the insurance services sector, preferably.
  • Adjuster ́s license or related may be required, preferably.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide information clearly and concisely.


  • Time management

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines
  • The ability to problem solves and develop new ideas to improve working practices
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Team Player, hardworking and Proactive.
  • Requires proficiency in Desk Management, phone 'etiquette', time management and dealing with difficult customers.
