- Track and Trace On time pick-ups and deliveries
- Coordinate with Customer Service representative's coverage of customer shipment program
- Search for available equipment to cover customer shipments
- Check Tableau system daily to validate empty and loaded equipment in the area
- Validate with carriers the equipment meets all customer requirements to load
- Coordinate with carriers' pick-ups and deliveries of shipments
- Answer customer and carrier emails and calls
- Update contracts through internal system
- Ensure to close contracts on a timely manner
- Validate contract rates before closing contracts
- Follow up with Carriers to ensure carrier portal is updated daily Requirements
- 4+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field is preferred
- Recent college or university degree in Marketing or Business-related field is required
- Previous experience working with american/mexican carriers is an asset
- Ability to understand the business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them
- Experience working B2B sales involving complex deals is an asset
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
- Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability
- Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as function in a team environment

Shift availability: 6:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday (alternate weekends)
