La persona seleccionada será responsable de una variedad de tareas administrativas y de soporte en el departamento de Recursos Humanos.
Como Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos, tus principales responsabilidades seránElaboración de expedientes Serás responsable de mantener los expedientes del personal actualizados y organizados de acuerdo a los estándares establecidos.
Creación de bases en Excel Utilizarás tus habilidades en Excel para crear y mantener bases de datos con información relevante del personal.
Atención a colaboradores de sucursales Serás el punto de contacto principal para los colaboradores de diferentes sucursales, brindándoles apoyo y resolviendo cualquier duda o inquietud que puedan tener.
Aclaración de dudas al personal de sucursales Proporcionarás respuestas claras y precisas a las consultas de los empleados en relación a políticas internas, beneficios y otros temas relacionados.
Envío de reportes y bases del personal Mantendrás actualizados y enviarás regularmente reportes y bases de datos a diferentes áreas de la organización.
Captura de incidencias Registrarás y capturarás en sistemas las incidencias relacionadas con auditorías, uniformes e incapacidades del personal de las sucursales.
