The Opportunity
Serves as the LATAM & CANADA Talent and Organization Consulting Leader. This position works out of our Mexico City office.

Plans, executes, and delivers talent and OE strategies and interventions for LATAM and Canada including:


  • Developing Americas Talent and OE strategy to support the execution of business strategy and the unique business needs of the divisions.
  • Determining how Talent and OE solutions are used to achieve longterm business success and add value to meet organizational needs.
  • Analyzing, designing, and delivering a range of talent and OE solutions and designing and implementing talent and organization effectiveness interventions to meet employee and organizational needs (including talent management, leadership development, development of core managerial skills and competencies as well as organization development—culture, change management, org design, engagement etc.)

What You'll Do

  • Work with LATAM and Canada business and HR leaders to assess, diagnose, plan and implement strategic Talent and OE solutions to support business strategy.
  • Directs the work of LATAM and Canada Talent & Organization Consultants
  • Partner with BHR and business leaders to provide talent & organization consulting support to achieve the business objectives.
  • Measures and reports the impact of Talent and OE support to achieve business objectives
  • Uses BHR and business input to develop the annual Talent Development plan.
  • Provides consulting support to BHR and/or key customers and stakeholders on executing key Talent and OE strategies.
  • Proactively works with Talent Development partners to design and implement talent and organization plans. This may include organization/team effectiveness, leadership development and change management.
  • May lead, support, or participate in talent managementrelated activities such as Area/Division/Corporate Functions TMR preparation and facilitation, talent pipeline readiness and talent development.
  • May facilitate senior leadership team meetings, partner with HR to design interventions for the entire line of business, participate in enterprisewide strategic Talent Development/HR initiatives.

Position Accountability


Reports to the Director Global Talent & OE Consulting and will work directly and independently with LATAM and Canada Senior.


BHR Directors Interacts and partners with:

  • Business leaders including: General Managers, Corporate Officers and DVPs, other leaders
  • HR including: Division/Regional/Affiliate BHR and HR Directors
  • Talent and Organization Consulting colleagues and Talent Development practice center colleagues

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master degree in L&D, OD or related field preferred
  • 15 years of progressive learning and development experience in a variety of disciplines including OD, consulting, org design, training, leadership development, talent management, performance management and change management.
  • True business experience being part of the total strategic needs of an organization; HR experience is second.
  • Experience working in large, complex global organizations.
  • Experience in large professional services consulting preferred.
  • Both BHR and Talent Experience (succession planning, formalized development, strategic business partner, SME in the Talent space.)
  • Proven success in collaborative leadership and working with executive leaders and internal HR partners.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently within a fastpaced environment.
  • Fully proficient in English and Spanish
  • Strong executive presence, intellectually savvy with good business acumen.
  • A strong sense of urgency and creative persistence. Willingness to go the extra mile to enhance outcomes.
  • Ability to lead initiatives that requires a strategic plan and collaboration across teams. Outstanding listening skills, contributing to one's ability to understand goals, know the stakeholders, and do what needs to be accomplished.
