Responsibilities:
GBS General Sales Support Analyst
Main purpose
The Role of General Sales Support Analyst has the responsibility to support the PBF business teams in daily business, supporting customers business reviews by updating presentation materials for KA OT team, managing DX team budget and agencies managemt, inputing PO into system and tracking approvals, as well as updating Symplus system with innovations SKUs
Requires cross-functional collaboration with all departments supporting sales in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions.
Your Impact
As The GBS General Sales Support Analyst your scope will consist of:
- Customer Material Support: Create and maintain template for customer meetings based on past presentations; dependent on customers)
- If ad hoc, pull data and create ad hoc materials based on strategic priorities for customer meetings
- Responsible to ensure the correct Financial Administration (Invoicing); Set up POs in system, Revive Invoice, Match Invoice with PO, Match PO accruals at EOY
- Responsible to ensure correct budget tracking for DX team (Customer & Channel Development and Shopper Strategy);
- Responsible to updates SKUs in Symplus system, especially for innovations
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachellor's, Associate or Technical degree in progress. Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science or similar. Engineering if posible.
- Experience in Accounting (preferable)
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Basic English oral and written communication skills
- Follow up and escalate when needed
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Basic English oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Portuguese oral and written communication skills
