    Job Summary

    Carry out manufacturing and packaging tasks by preparing, operating the corresponding machinery and equipment, closely monitoring the process to achieve productivity and quality standards, ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety, records, applying Good Manufacturing Practices, Documentation, and current internal regulations at all times.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Adjust and operate equipment, machinery, and processes as required by the manufacturing procedure to maintain Productivity standards.
    • Ensure and evaluate that processes are carried out optimally in accordance with process specifications to maintain the specified quality of products.
    • Maintain optimal equipment and area conditions ensuring safety and hygiene conditions for safe operation and accident prevention.
    • Prepare and verify Man-Hours Reports correctly filling out the corresponding process formats to keep cost control.
    • Keep strict control of the materials and supplies used in the process, weighing and/or counting material quantities for material reconciliation.
    • Correctly record production data by filling in the information in packaging procedures, logs, and required documents to ensure that processes are carried out in accordance with GMP.
    • Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment and key safety and hygiene points following GMP procedures for staff safety, product quality, and compliance with current regulations.
    • Understand, practice, and disseminate safety rules and internal work regulations, promoting the use of personal safety equipment by example, managing fire equipment in the workshop, and evaluating workshop risks in general to make improvement recommendations to management.
