In this role you will provide strategic business analysis services to clients. working closely with the IT business units of our clients to gain indepth understanding of their IT Apps, product & platform, technological risks, create technology roadmaps business strategy &, roadmap._
You will be responsible for Software requirements analysis (different methodologies and notations could be used wireframes, surveys, brainstorming, traceability matrices, analysis of existing documentation and competitors); Your responsibilities will also include a full range of activities from leading small to midsize IT Apps, product & platform system based projects to assisting other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions._
Responsibilities_

- _Requirements formalization (separation of business, user, functional and non-functional requirements as well as business rules, assumptions, and limitations)_
- _Software requirements analysis (different methodologies and notations could be used - wireframes, surveys, brainstorming, traceability matrices, analysis of existing documentation and competitors)_
- _Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others appraised of performance_
- _Requirements management (processing of change requests, analysis of risks, and description of the impact on existing requirements);_
- _Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation(BRD, FSD, Workflows etc; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships_
- _Provide project level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business case, business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, user stories, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)_
- _Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process_
- _Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction_
- _Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders_
- _Meet with team regularly to review project deliverables, deadlines and performance_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum Qualifications / Skills_

- _Bachelor's in computer science (BE or B.Tech.)_

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_

- _Master's in business administration_
- _Additional Certifications in Business Analysis_
