Descripción y Requisitos

Purpose of the position:
SPI, AOI & AXI process engineer responsible to define, implement, maintain and improvereleased processes with expertise.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop automatic optical inspection plans for multiple platforms and machine models (TRI).
Define strategies to prevent slips thru with our internal and external customers, 0 mileage and customer compliances.
Attend internal and external trainings specific to AOI technology for programming and maintenance.
Train and develop trainings seminars to pierce, technicians and operative personnel.
Procure with internal and external suppliers the necessary machinery, tooling and fixtures for production.
Develop and/or compliment maintenance schedules to comply with preventive and predictive maintenance guidelines.
Attend and coordinate new product launches to meet defined project milestones (sample builds, prePV, PV and SOP).
Monitor and ensure compliance with Technical down time goals, Defect cost goals, technical issues and KPI goals (Pseudo failures and Defect Cost).
Define the necessary spare parts and quantities for the assigned process/equipment. Provide minimum and maximum stock levels needed to tool crib.
Active participate in Control Plan and PFMEA creation.
Definition of procedures and instructions for new manufacturing process.
