Your 'day to day'

Logistics Operations lead in running and deploying an autonomous/self-sufficient team according to Internal Logistics capabilities.

Lead and ensure autonomous/self-sufficient team's compliance to all standard Warehousing Logistics.

Is the process guide/qualifier/mentor in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting.


Accountabilities:
Act and promote an interdependent and clear safety culture in LSP and PMI internal logistics team by encouraging the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Internal Logistics RTT/Open+/IOS

Quality:
Own the tax sticker inventory and eliminate the discrepancies

Ensure timely TS inventory in line with PMI policies and local legislation.


Prepare necessary documents and arrange the return postage to all markets, in accordance with the requirements of the markets where cigarettes are delivered.


Delivery:
Be responsible for the tax sticker return and reconciliation process

Plan, establish and complete the tax sticker destruction process


Ensure tax stickers orders and receipts from the markets, according to the production planning information provided by Supply Chain planning, plan and ensure the TS cutting process according with the markets' request.


Be responsible for the line DDS to ensure timely triggers and corrective actions are closed to improve the critical metrics.

Ensure the end-to-end business review for the internal logistics operation

Oversight and lead the process of Product Handling (PH) being sure that it is properly deployed and that is the most effective to improve the performance results and organizational health of internal logistics lines

Cost:
Continuously supervise applicable important metrics and take corrective actions to ensure budget and internal business targets are met.


Identify efficiency improvement opportunities based on internal loss analysis and proactive external benchmarking, lead productivity initiatives in the department to ensure the timely reach to productivity targets.


Ensure proper usage of available systems and resources to keep optimal balance between cost, quality, service, safety, and security requirements.

Create, establish and review robust and sufficient plans to achieve daily resources and workload planning and enable flow-to-work in the highest utilization level

Take ownership for the completion of own and team training and development plan and follow the established requirements.


Who we are looking for:
min. 2 years' experience in warehousing and inventory management

  • English fluent (required for level 2)
  • Local language fluent
Knowledgeable on fiscal and legal regulations

Data driven Stock Management (stock movements control)

Logistics Service Management

  • Q149
  • Global/Local P&P Requirements / RRP QMS when applicable
Security infrastructure (access control, policy enforcement, confidentiality, privacy)

MS Office, SAP, LES/MES, IMEL

RTT Warehousing Logistics RTT/OPEN + methodology

Manufacturing process knowledge

Degree in Engineering or Logistics
