The Sales Strategy and Business Operations team is responsible for planning of all sales activities. Researches and analyzes the organization's existing and targeted customers to develop a knowledge base of sales trends. Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
This role in summary:
Gestionar y habilitar el Proceso Comercial de la región de México siendo el proceso de planeación de demanda un pilar clave en el cual será responsable de coordinar a los equipos de Ventas, Marketing y S& OP para el logró de los objetivos así como la creación, mejora y estandarización de herramientas y procesos de la mano del equipo de Business Intelligence.

Mantenimiento y ejecución del proceso comercial para la región de México
Identificar nuevas habilidades y herramientas necesarias para mejorar la ejecución del proceso comercial
Gestionar con el equipo de Business Intelligence la creación, automatización y/o adaptación de herramientas necesarias para la ejecución del proceso comercial.
Deberá entender las necesidades de las diferentes áreas comerciales y proponer acciones de mejora continua en todo el proceso comercial para lograr los mejores resultados.
Capacitar a los equipos comerciales en las mejores prácticas, habilidades y tácticas necesarias para asegurar la ejecución con excelencia del proceso comercial.
Asegurar que el proceso comercial sea ejecutado en tiempo (anual, trimestral y mensual).
Asegurar que las iniciativas planteadas estén alineadas a los objetivos de las áreas ventas y categorías****Minimum requirements

Graduado en carreras de administración, marketing, comercialización, ingeniería industrial, finanzas, economía o carreras afines
