The Role
We are looking for a
Credit Risk Platform Specialistt to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech.

At Clip He/She will be responsible for managing and optimizing the credit risk platform infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and efficiency to support our lending operations and strategic initiatives.

What will I be doing?

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for credit risk
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability for processes
Implement and maintain credit risk policies
Optimizing decisionmaking processes, ensuring the scalability and efficiency of the credit risk platform, implementing strategies that enhance both the speed and effectiveness
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including data scientists, risk analysts, IT, and product to ensure alignment with business objectives
Provide technical guidance and support to team members working on credit risk projects
Assure regulatory compliance for credit risk assessment

Technical:

Knowledge in Python
Strong proficiency in data engineering, ETL processes, and data warehousing using Databricks
Knowledge of FICO tools and their integration into credit risk platforms is considered a plus
Communication skills to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.).
Proven experience of 3 years working with the endtoend credit risk lifecycle and deployment in a production environment
We are looking in Mexico City or Sao Paolo, Brazil.
