- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting fintechs and enterprise finance companies.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Understand and articulate client needs, delivering customized cross-border payment solutions.
- Build long-term, consultative relationships with high-value clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment and client success.
- Attend industry events and maintain visibility within the fintech ecosystem.
- Track market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- 5+ years of enterprise or fintech B2B sales experience.
- Strong background in cross-border payments, FX, or financial APIs.
- Proven ability to generate or manage at least $30M USD in Total Payment Volume (TPV) per month.
- Advanced understanding of AML/compliance (PLD) requirements and risk-based sales in regulated environments.
- Network within LATAM's fintech and financial services ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
- Ability to navigate complex client organizations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high accountability.
- Deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk-driven sales.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
