- Organization of operating personnel
- Position Diagrams
- Control of production efficiency per line
- Control of the release cover of production by line
- POM control of daily production
- Control attendance of assigned personnel
- Verify that the material necessary for production is always available
- Supervise the production of harnesses daily
- Meet the production schedule
- Monitor downtime and generate reports
- Ensure and maintain the highest standards of order and cleanliness in their areas
- Education: University Grade
- Experience in a similar position, experience in the automotive industry, experience in the electronics industry (Preferred)
- Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
