    Job Description

    Manufacturing Engineer Jr Ensamble

    Empresa de giro Automotriz esta en busca de Manufacturing Engineer Jr Ensamble:

    Requisitos:

  • Ing. mecatrónica, industrial, mecánica, electrónica o afín
  • Indispensable 2 años de experiencia mínimo en la industria automotriz en la posición de ingeniero.
  • Inglés medio intermedio
  • Experiencia en industria automotriz (Preferentemente en líneas de ensamble)
  • Integración de nuevos proyectos (Elaboración de timings, control de tareas del proyecto, seguimiento de milestone)
  • Experiencia en balanceo de líneas
  • Elaboración de instrucciones de trabajo
  • Manejo de AutoCad (Elaboración de layouts)
  • Manejo de software 3D (NX, Inventor, Catia, Solidworks o el que sea)
  • Mejora continua (Conocimientos básicos, herramientas básicas)
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de calidad (5 por que, Ishikawa, análisis de pareto)

    • Responsabilidades:

  • Organizar y gestionar el flujo de trabajo de fabricación del proceso.
  • Creación, revisión y modificación de Instrucciones de Trabajo.
  • Desarrollar y configurar el proceso de fabricación de nuestros vehículos desde el inicio.
  • Contribuir con los objetivos de certificación organizacional.
  • Diseñar, ejecutar, probar y optimizar procesos industriales para lograr estrategias de reducción de costos.
  • Desarrollar Mejores Prácticas de Manufactura para mejorar los índices de producción.
  • Analizar e interpretar datos para lograr mejoras en la producción.
  • Interpretar diseños y croquis de productos para diseñar el proceso de fabricación según cambios de ingeniería.
  • Asegurar que el producto final del proceso cumpla con las especificaciones de calidad y normas de seguridad.
  • Utilizar metodologías de Resolución de Problemas para optimizar la eficiencia y mejorar la calidad (8ds, Ishikawa, PDCA, Kaizen, etc) para cumplir con los estándares.
  • Resolver problemas y retrasos en los ritmos de producción, equilibrio de líneas y reducción de cuellos de botella.
  • Atacar el reprocesamiento de materiales para reducir incidencias.
