Job Description:

Responsible to implement, maintain and continuously improve the manufacturing process in order to reach high efficiency levels, ensure technical availability of equipment at all shifts. Fulfill Value Stream key indicators such as Scrap, Failure Rate & Technical Down time.
Responsible to define, acquire, validate and install production equipment for the Electrical, Electronical & Vision Systems also coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel

Qualifications:

What a typical day looks like:

Lead a set of professional engineer in the areas of Test Systems and Vision Systems, by design procedures, instructions and training & material for the personal under his/her responsibility
Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data.
Get involved on the process to define, acquire, transfer, accept, validate, release and install new production process and equipment according to Bosch standards
Active exchange of lessons learned from other products and manufacturing plants
Use Problem Solving and Continues Improvements Process technics to find root cause for relevant problems on the process/equipment and implement sustainable solutions.

The experience and aptitude we're looking to add to our team:

Competence to interpret drawings and design prints.
Full availability to travel (even for long time periods).
Minimum experience of 5 years in leadership positions in the fields of Electronics Manufacturing.
Develop Manufacturing process for Electronics Test Systems and vision systems also experience in the operations environment of manufacturing electronics
