DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
Identificar y documentar los productos que no figuran en nuestro sitio web.
Recopilar detalles e imágenes de productos, garantizando la precisión en las conversiones de unidades.
Crear contenido conciso y optimizado para SEO para las páginas de productos.
Obtener contenido técnico como la descripción del producto y las especificaciones técnicas del sitio web del proveedor.
Participar en las reuniones diarias para revisar las tareas y aportar información a las tareas de los demás.
Responsabilidades adicionales:
Las siguientes tareas pueden ser necesarias en función de las necesidades del proyecto:
Redacción de preguntas frecuentes para diversos productos, según sea necesario.
Editar y perfeccionar manuales de productos si es necesario.
Recopilar y organizar enlaces de abastecimiento de productos.
Documentar los datos de los proveedores y la información de contacto.
Crear y optimizar contenidos para páginas de productos.
REQUISITOS
Estar cursando una licenciatura en Tecnología, Empresariales, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro o un campo relacionado, y experiencia en soporte técnico.
Gran capacidad de análisis e investigación.Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
Orientación al detalle con capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
Ganas de aprender y contribuir a un entorno de colaboración en equipo.
Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
