To ensure the correct execution of processes related to Manual warehouse operation and Shipping area as part of the supply chain of moulded elements, assembled elements, packing materials to the production lines according to the plans.


Core Responsibilities

  • We Ensure the overall internal Logistics Operations (storage, material supplies and ship finish goods).
  • Leader of the Logistics Operations related to Packing LEGO Warehouses and Operational Processes and be 5 ́s role model related to Warehouse Processes
  • Knowledge in OHSA'S 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001, C-TPAT, OEA.
  • We work with Softwares of the area (COMBI System 2.0, WTP (Web Transport Planner), FMS (Forklift Management System) this person is the administrator of different warehouse inventory management
  • This role is Supervising the development and training of operational and technical personnel: system, operations and problem solving.
  • Monitoring and confirmation of warehouse processes to assure the physical integrity and location of materials and Implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participation in continuous improvement events that have relation to logistics area.
  • Interaction with different departments (HBW, Prepack, Final Pack, Processing, Planning, Purchasing, Imports-Exports and external suppliers.
  • Ensure storage materials from internal suppliers (Receipts Area or Material ́ Returns).
  • Ensure complete delivery of materials in time and in form to all production lines (Processing/Prepack and Final Pack).
  • Logistics of materials between buildings (A-B) and HBW ́s
  • Management of equipment such as racks, forklifts, electric skates, scanners, wrapping machine, battery exchanger (manual/semi and automatic).
  • Maintain the LEGO equipment in proper conditions to ensure operation.
  • Management of Team Coordinators to anticipate from any change on floor related to Work Orders and the right execution.
  • Must be able to take the initiative and responsibility in terms of solving critical problems related to Logistics Operations.
  • Develop career levels for Operators and Team Coordinators (Career Path)
  • Support on Battery Room main activities (maintain safe conditions and equipment/machinery). Also, report any deviation related to Battery Room Operations
  • Maintain Processing wagons in good condition, if there is a deviation request support to Maintenance Packing Area.
  • Ensure correct use of PPE (personal protective equipment)

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in Warehouse Administrations, Warehouses Processes
  • Leadership, analytical skills, decision making, teamwork, collaborator, proactive, multifaceted, openminded, high flexibility, personal administration.
  • Knowledge in fork lifters, scanners, packing materials
  • MS Office.
  • Experience in warehouse control systems
  • FSC knowledge
  • CTPAT and/or OEA knowledge
  • Previous experience working with SAPP
Core Responsibilities

  • Shop floor leadership.
  • Identify technical/ compliance gaps and implement applicable solutions to solve issues.
  • Build strong teams by ensuring direct reports are fully trained and qualified on a given activity prior to performing.
  • Scheduling of manufacturing activities and ensure timely communication to staff and relevant stakeholders on changes/issues.
  • Coordinate manufacturing activities with other departments, this includes updating production scheduling system and working closely together with other departments.
  • Troubleshooting of safety, quality, delivery, cost, equipment problems and make recommendations.
