Descripción
We are looking for aMaintenance Supervisor for KONE Monterrey who will plan, manage and control the field service operations in his area, according to the service contract requirements, the company policies and the KONE processes. He is also the first point of contact for all technical or operational issues raised by any customer whose equipments he has been assigned.
Below are some of the responsibilities you would own:
• Accountable for the costs of the maintenance field operations (callouts, service repairs, planned maintenance), as well as for the revenues of callout and service repairs sales.
• Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication
• Accountable for equipment safety and performance
• Accountable for selling service repairs
• Accountable for resolving customer service quality complaints
• Accountable for resolving customers invoicing complaints related to maintenance operations
• Accountable for the delivery ofservice according to the service contract requirements, the time limits, the KONE quality standards and the local regulations
• Validates the service contract technical terms with the salesperson
• Accountable for the timely completion of the planned maintenance visits
• Accountable for the planned maintenance scheduling and optimized routing
As our Service Supervisor, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is topromote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
You will bring 5+ years of relevant maintenanceexpertiseas well as supervisory experience to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associates' degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
