Position Purpose:


  • The purpose of this position is to effectively manage Human Resources processes, inclusive of Talent and Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Relations

Main Responsibilities:


  • Development and implementation of the HR strategy and ensure it is translated into a practical and prioritized HR tactics.
  • Work with functional managers to review and build management capability, ensuring development needs are captured and acted upon in order to produce high performing teams.
  • Manage the Talent Management Process, to ensure development of talent and address performance issues. Assist managers with Succession Planning for key positions.
  • Responsible for identifying talent's need and development gap and provides training and developmen programs for employees.
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition activity (sourcing and recruiting) for all vacancies and also for future focused development of talent pipeline.
  • Develop and manage Associate and Labor Relations strategies to support business objectives and ensuring full compliance to legal regulations in Mexico and to internal Timken policies and procedures.
  • Coach/mentor managers and supervisors on effective management, communication and employe engagement.

Requirements:


  • Fluent English.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Bussiness or similar career (certificated).
  • Minimum 7 years as a Human Resources Generalist in Manufacturing Industry.
