    NUEVA OPORTUNIDAD DE CARRERA | GERENTE DE MATERIALES

    PLANTA I & II - DIVISIÓN JITS

    PIEDRAS NEGRAS, COAHUILA

    Serás responsable de: Asegurar el abastecimiento oportuno de los materiales productivos a la planta por medio del uso correcto del sistema de control de materiales, administrando los recursos técnicos y humanos para evitar costos adicionales como fletes extemporaneos y obsoletos, además es responsable del cumplimiento de los embarques a clientes.

  • Administración de materiales asegurando el abastecimiento óptimo de los miembros basados en los requerimientos de los clientes.
  • Administración de manejo de materiales, almacenamiento y surtido a las líneas de producción manteniendo siempre el inventario base en las politicas de inventario.
  • Técnicas y prácticas de sistema de control de materiales.
  • Retroalimentar sobre las discrepancias en sus materiales, herramientas y áreas de trabajo y proponer ideas de mejora para la operación de su area de trabajo.
  • Administración del control de la producción y monitoreo de los requerimientos semanales y diarios de los clientes.
  • Participación en el sistema de calidad y sistema de administración ambiental de acuerdo con el alcance de la posición.
  • Asegurar los requerimientos de material necesario para el correcto funcionamiento de la planta.
  • Cumplimiento de políticas procedimientos y requerimientos de IATF 16949 y participar activamente en el seguimiento del sistema de calidad IATF
  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de sistema operativo basado en Equipos naturales de trabajo.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de actividades inherentes a iniciativas de Recursos Humanos y Mejora Continua según su alcance.

    • Para ser exitoso en el rol se requiere:

  • Carrera universitaria finalizada (comprobable).
  • 3 años de experiencia mínimo en posición de Gerencia de Materiales, industria automotriz preferente.
  • Inglés avanzado conversacional.
  • Conocimiento en cadena de suministro, atención a clientes, gestión de inventarios, administración de patio y almacén, CTPAT, IATF16949.
  • Manejo de personal (15 personas reporte directo, 80 personas reporte indirecto).
  • Seguridad en área de trabajo.
  • Ideas de mejora en área de trabajo.
