Main Responsibilities:


  • Lead and facilitate the execution and delivery of customer and product support deliverables for Tractors and Loaders development programs.
  • Assess and manage risks, identify gaps and develop contingency plans.
  • Communicate effectivelyand gain alignment with team members, stakeholders and leadership.
  • Follow up on risks and contingencies through closure.
  • Member of enterprise Customer Support Planning CoP.

What Skills You Need:


  • Understanding of the Enterprise Product Delivery Processes (EPDP).
  • Strong ability to communicate, collaborate cross functionally and team work.
  • Ability to influence without authority.

What Makes You Stand Out:


  • Project Management experience, training and/or PMP certification.
  • Experience working on Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).
  • Understanding of Aftermarket & Customer Support Processes.
  • Technical knowledge on Tractors and or loaders.

Education:


  • Mechanical engineer.
  • Agricultural engineer.
  • Agribusiness specialist.
