We have a great opportunity for an experienced Controls Engineer to join our team in our Ramos Arizpe, Coah. location.
Position Summary:
Controls Engineer is responsible for controls systems design, specification, programming, simulation, testing, and start-up assistance.
In this role you will succeed by:
Assure hardware, fluid power, and software designs meet customer requirements and specifications.
Creates and maintains software revision.
Meets requirements of all Controls Engineering budgets.
Shared responsibility with Controls Management for performance to budget and timing of the control project phase.
Serve as an interface between the Control Engineering Team with both Project Management/Engineer and the customer.
Responsible for the completeness of control design.
Responsible for effective handoff and template design.
Support Manufacturing and Service.
Aid the customer and improve customer satisfaction

Education and Experiences:

Education & Experience:
5+ years similar position in the automotive industry.
5+ years in equipment/systems, hardware drawings and hardware components.
Bachelor's degree as Electromechanical Engineer or related field preferably.
PLC (SIEMENS, TIA PORTAL, STEEPLECHASE, RS LOGIX 500, 5000).
Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence).
HMI (FACTORY TALK, RS VIEW, WIN CC).
Elaboration, modification and interpretation of electrical drawings (AutoCAD)
Robots (FANUC, ABB).
Instrumentation.
Torque tools and strategies (BOSCH, Atlas Copco).
Knowledge of STANDARDS.
Movement control SIEMENS, ALLEN BRADLEY, etc.
Technical English.
Troubleshooting.
Verbal and written communication.
Teamwork.
Intermediate user of MS Office, MS Project and ERP.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Optional Requirements:
Master's degree in engineering or related preferably.
