- Designing and developing automation systems
- Programming and configuring PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements
- Developing and executing test plans and procedures
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Conducting system integration and validation activities
- Providing technical support to clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in automation and controls engineering.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and control system design.
- Familiarity with HMI design and configuration.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
- Knowledge of electrical systems and circuit design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Experience with vision systems and image processing techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Master's degree in Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
- Additional certifications in automation and controls engineering.
- Experience with advanced PLC programming techniques (e.g., motion control, PID loops).
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI applications in automation.
- Familiarity with CAD software for system design and layout.
- Experience with robotic systems and robotic programming languages (e.g., ROS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in automation engineering.
