_ Responsibilities_

_Work diligently to respond to AP exceptions and resolve customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary_

_Work with Suppliers/Vendors/ Client associates to resolve and handle issues to solution_

_ _

_Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities_

_ _

_Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer_

_ _

_Tax analysis for the payment exceptions seeking for paid on time targets_

_ _

_Respond to invoice and check status inquiries from both internal and external customers._

_ _

_Assist with resolving escalated invoice inquiries from both internal and external customers._

_ _

_Collaborate with teammates and initiate ideas with management to identify, design, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness._

_Work closely with other functional areas (i.e., Invoice Processing, Dispute EDI, Vendor portal, and T&E) to resolve issues and support the achievement of business goals._

_Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices/queries are handled based on the exception tracker_

_Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as and when they occur for knowledge retention Qualifications Minimum qualification Qualifications_
