Job Purpose:


Coordinate internal resources and suppliers for the impeccable execution of projects & ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Attends client and agency briefing sessions in order to obtain a clear understanding of the client requirements
  • With support from the Account Director
  • Provide product/project consultancy in order to support technically the client and maximize the efficiency (cost and speed), where possible
  • Adhere to client SLAs for delivery of quotes
  • Adhere to client SLAs for delivery of jobs, otherwise agree alternative schedule in writing.
  • Manage quality of job adhering to clients' corporate guidelines
  • Proactively manage all communitarian with the client throughout and ensure the client is advised, in writing, of any delays that may impact the timelines of their projects
  • All Quotes & Live Orders must be processed through on ERP system
  • Ensure all status updates are in real time
  • Communicate to client and supplier all required timelines for all jobs, and ensure these are adhered to
  • All delivered jobs must be proactively moved through to invoice stage
  • Support Account Director in checking all supplier invoices are accurate, and logged quickly & efficiently
  • Advises Account Manager and if possible, resolves invoicing queries to ensure prompt invoicing to client.
  • Support Account Directors with any questions relating to the weekly tracker report that needs to be delivered to the client.

Skills Required:


  • Minimum 2 Years' experience in client management and/or purchase indirect (Promotional Items, Print Management, Point of Sales Materials and BTL projects)
  • Knowledge on project management basics
  • English level medium reading and writing is a must
  • Organized, selfdisciplined and timely in handling administration and paperwork associated with the job.
  • Client service vocation
  • Aware of the impact of own behaviour on others and responds appropriately to achieve results.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels orally and in writing.
  • Proactive, motivated, and committed to developing own knowledge and skills.
  • Competent in MS Word/Excel and Outlook and software
