Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXTenemos una oportunidad inmediata para que un Supervisor de Supermercado se una a nuestro diverso equipo.

El Supervisor de Supermercado será responsable del control y surtimiento de materiales para el área de producción, asegurando el manejo adecuado de la materia prima.

Responsibilities:

Estamos buscando a un Supervisor de Supermercado que tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:

Conoce y asegura cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad de área
Participar en la identificación de riesgos del área
Asegura la correcta identificación, disposición y seguimiento de los materiales en su área
Asegura la correcta transacción de los materiales en sistema SAP acorde al flujo físico de estos
Asegura la veracidad en el cumplimiento de inventarios
Responsable de recibo y resguardo de materiales
Mantiene en tiempo y forma el surtimiento a líneas de producción.
Realiza evaluaciones de desempeño del personal operativo
Elabora y registra incidencias en el sistema de reloj checador
Realiza juntas diarias con el personal
Mantiene las 5s en el área de trabajo

Background & Skills:

Requisitos:

Bachillerato concluido o Carrera técnica
Manejo de personal
Conocimientos en conteos ciclicos
Conocimiento en Sistema ERP (SAP deseable)
Disponibilidad de horario (turnos rotativos)
Trabajo en equipo
