  • Responsibilities:
  • Embark on a mission to create memorable and positive interactions with our valued customers.-
  • Be the go-to hero for solving various challenges, including registration issues, missing packages, courier assistance, billing inquiries, and technical concerns.-
  • Infuse every interaction with empathetic, compassionate behaviors, demonstrating genuine concern and unwavering determination to make things right for our customers and our exceptional staff.-
  • Exemplify integrity in time management, productivity, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • To be a successful Customer Relations Rep:
  • Be willing to work full-time, position requires working anytime from 5 am to 9 pm-
  • Have 1+ years of previous customer service experience (preferred)
